Shipping is FREE for all standard U.S. orders over $50 and just $5.95 for smaller orders. They use USPS for standard deliveries and FEDEX if you choose to have your order expedited. FEDEX will not deliver to PO boxes. They will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
